We've heard a lot of speculation about the potential sequel for Dumb and Dumber over the last year or so. While things were looking shipshape back in the spring, Jim Carrey dropped out in the summer and Jeff Daniels followed suit -- but then Daniels started talking it up again.
However, sibling filmmakers Peter Farrelly and Bobby Farrelly have offered some hope with an update and an official title on Twitter (via Vulture): "You also might be interested to know that we are almost done with the Dumb and Dumber To (sic) script. I think you're going to like it."
Perhaps Dumb and Dumber 2 isn't as sunk as we thought.
