Ted Comes to Blu-ray, DVD in December

Grab your Thunderbuddy because Seth MacFarlane's Ted is coming home! Ted will hit Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Download December 11, 2012, just in time for Christmas!

The box office smash, starring Mark Wahlberg, Mila Kunis, Joel McHale, Giovanni Ribisi and Seth MacFarlane as the voice of Ted, turned out to be one of the biggest financial successes of 2012, grossing more than $215 million in the U.S., with a worldwide total of more than $450 million! That's more than some major big budget tent-pole titles earned this summer.

Ted will come to Blu-ray and DVD with an all-new 7-minute longer unrated version of the film, as well as the original theatrical cut. The Blu-ray will boast a 1080p hi-def transfer, with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. The DVD will feature an anamorphic widescreen presentation with 5.1 Dolby Digital audio. Extras will include the following:

• Ted Unrated Version
• Gag Reel
• Ted – The Making Of: Profiling the story of the film from inception to completion, this three-part documentary is filled with interviews and behind-the-scenes footage showcasing the entire cast and crew.
• Feature Commentary: Director and co-writer Seth MacFarlane, co-writer Alec Sulkin and star Mark Wahlberg participate.

Suggested retail is set at $34.98 for the Blu-ray and $29.98 for the DVD. Amazon's pre-order price is currently set at $23.99 for the Blu-ray and $19.86 for the DVD.
